Safety
Our therapists will be carrying a Working with Vulnerable People Identification card at all times. A requirement of obtaining this card is a National Police Check.  

Our therapists use a lone worker safety app operated via their mobile phone. This app tells us where everyone is at all times and sends out an alarm if our therapists do not 'check in' at an agreed time. Please understand that this means that your therapist may be required to check their phone during your consultation - they aren't being rude, they are just being safe :) 

Referrals 

No referral is required for physiotherapy treatment. If you have been seeing your GP or a specialist for your condition please have all relevant paperwork available for review at your initial consultation.


Equipment
If any exercise equipment is required for your appointment we will discuss this with you at your initial session. Otherwise, all you need to provide is a hazard free, well-lit area and a bit of room to move. 

 

Booking an appointment 
Get in touch! Submit our referral form or contact us via email, text or phone.

 

We do our absolute best to arrive on time, but please allow 10 minutes either side of your appointment time for arrival. We will contact you if we are likely to arrive outside of this window.

 

Payment

 Our preferred method of payment is via direct bank deposit within 24hrs of your appointment. We can also arrange for payment via credit card (processing fees apply) if you would prefer.

Cancelling / Rescheduling 
Please call us ASAP! Please understand that we are required exercise a great degree of advance planning to enable us to visit you in your home. As such we have a 48 hour cancellation policy whereby the full consultation fee will be charged if we do not receive sufficient notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. 

Rural and Regional Areas

A travel surcharge will be applied to your appointment if you are located outside of Canberra to cover the additional costs incurred by us in order to make this service available to these areas. Please contact us for further details if required.


Private Health Insurance 
You may be eligible for a rebate depending on your level and type of cover. Unfortunately we are not yet able to provide on the spot claiming through HICAPS. However, most private health insurance providers offer online claiming, so you can claim your rebate immediately upon receipt of an invoice from us. Please contact your insurer to confirm.
