ALISON LOUND

Alison completed a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra. Involved in various sports from a young age Alison often found herself injured which led her to pursue a career in physiotherapy. A long career in soccer and Australian Rules Football has seen Alison on the sporting field throughout her entire life.
Alison’s professional interests include neurological rehabilitation, post-operative and exercise rehabilitation, aged care, management of chronic health conditions and hydrotherapy.
Outside physiotherapy Alison enjoys spending time with friends and family, football, food, travelling and live music. Alison empowers her clients to take charge of their recovery through education, goal-setting and active rehabilitation.


YOLANDA LEE

Yolanda completed her Bachelor of Medical Science at the Australian National University and Master of Physiotherapy at University of Canberra. She has previously worked in a private clinic, aged care facilities in Canberra and a hospital in Hong Kong. Yolanda has also completed certificates in dry needling and DMA Pilates.
Yolanda's areas of professional interest include neurological rehabilitation and chronic pain management. She believes that both physical and psychological health are deeply interconnected, and treating them holistically is essential for optimal recovery and well-being.
Yolanda is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
DOUGLAS CAPEL

Doug studied sport and exercise science before completing a Doctor of Physiotherapy through Macquarie University.
He has a passion for aged care, post op rehabilitation and chronic disease management. Douglas is passionate about empowering patients to create personalised treatments to achieve their long term goals using exercise and hands on therapy.
Outside Physiotherapy, Douglas has a special interest in calisthenics, mountain biking and spending time with his wife and daughters.

JOSIE PENTONY VRAN

Josie has over 15 years of physiotherapy experience across musculoskeletal, sports, neurological and community settings. She has a special interest in neurological rehabilitation and is passionate about helping clients take an active role in their health and recovery.
Working collaboratively with each person, Josie tailors treatment to their goals, lifestyle and preferences, with a focus on building confidence, maximising independence and achieving meaningful outcomes.
Josie utilises exercise rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, dry needling, Pilates, manual therapy and education in her treatment. She also has a portable Pilates reformer, allowing clients to access tailored Pilates programs in their own home where appropriate.
Outside of work, Josie enjoys bushwalking, chasing waterfalls, scuba diving and travelling with her husband and young twins.
ELLA BORGEAUD

Ella is a born and bred Canberran who has been working as a Physiotherapist since 2016. She holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Sport Coaching and Exercise Science.
Ella has experience working in private practice, elite sport and community settings. She has a strong focus on exercise-based therapy, as well as a hands-on approach to treatment.
In her spare time, you can find her chasing after her children, working out, or relaxing down the South Coast.
